Making and order at Dragen in Schagen is fast, easy, free and safe! Every order placed on workdays before 18.00 o’clock, will be packed and shipped the same day. So you can receive the package the next day. A little reminder PostNL doesn’t deliver on sundays.

How do i place an order?
Have a look at our products in our webshop. Place the items you like in your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button. When you want to see your products in the shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart button at the right top of the website. You can check your items in your shopping cart and click on ‘ Proceed to checkout’ to finish your order.
Can i let my package be delivered on another address?
Yes sure, that’s possible. You can fill in the right address at the checkout page.
Can i change my order or cancel my order?
When you want to change your order contact us directly. After placing your order Dragen in Schagen will pack your order immediately so we’ll will do our best, but it’s possible your package is already shipped.
Do i get an order confirmation?
Yes, after completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation at your e-mail. You will also be notified when your package is delivered at PostNL, and with the Track & Trace code you can follow your package.
Track & Trace code
Your package can be tracked with the Track & Trace code which you receive at your e-mail. Letterbox post is not trackable.
I want to order a product, but i can’t find it on the website.
When you have an eye on a special product which isn’t shown on our website, you can always contact us. Maybe we can order it for you. Some products will be delivered within a day but some can take a few day’s up to a week.
